Radio station: Radio Veronica (then being a part-time broadcaster on Hilversum 1) remembered the station's former offshore days on its 30th anniversary on Wednesday 18th April 1990. The Minerva lay just outside Scheveningen harbour and a tender was constantly bringing visitors and DJ's to and from the ship. Radio Veronica's name was painted on the ship in the same way as on the Norderney.
Radio 192 celebrated the 28th anniversary of the closedown of the Dutch offshore stations with a special broadcast on Saturday 31st August 2002. The ship used its own engine and sailed along the Scheveningen beach.
